Greenview Executive Village - LOCATION

Greenview Executive Village is nicely situated on higher ground in Novaliches Quezon City, Metro Manila Philippines. The Novaliches General Hospital is 18 minutes away (5.2 km) via J.P. Rizal. The General Malvar Hospital is 19 minutes by car (6.2 km) via C-5. The Fe Del Mundo Medical Center is 30 minutes by car (12.9 km) through Quezon Avenue, R-7 and Mindanao Avenue. For patients with kidney conditions, a specialized center is available for them, the National Kidney and Transplant Institute is 22 minutes by car (7.3 km) via Visayas Avenue.

The education of your children would definitely be a priority for you. If you’re residing in Greenview, there are several schools you can enroll your child in. The Sauyo Elementary School is only 13 minutes away (2.3 km) via Pantabangan Street, while the Sauyo High School is nearer. You can reach it within 7 minutes (1.2) via Chico Drive. The Coronado’s School is also a few blocks away by car, at 8 minutes (1.6 km), through Ambuklao Street and Himlayan Road.

The popular Ayala Malls is 20 minutes by car (7.4 km) through Mindanao Avenue and Don Julio Gregorio Street. You can also drive to SM City Fairview, which is 22 minutes by car (7.2 km) through Commonwealth Avenue, Don Mariano Marcos Avenue, and R-7. It may take you a longer time to travel, but it would be worth it. The mall can provide everything that you need.

For your kid’s exposure to wildlife, you can take them to the Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife Center. It is 22 minutes away by car (8.3 km) via Mindanao Avenue. Quezon City is a self-sufficient city that can offer residents the facilities and amenities they need to live a happy and healthy life.
